A goal at Ageless Tuned is to inspire people to advance research for the cures of all terminal illnesses, including the cure and reversal of age itself, finding the cures to mental illnesses, and figuring out how to live on other planets in an entertaining way. Let’s talk about why finding the cure or cures to mental illnesses is important.
One of the biggest realizations of my life was that there is one cure that can cure many horrors of this world. That cure: The cure or cures to mental illnesses. I’ve thought about stories about car crashes. If the driver was not having a panic attack, maybe they would have stayed on the road. I’ve thought about suicide. If the victim wasn’t depressed, maybe they wouldn’t have done it. I’ve thought about homeless veterans. If they weren’t suffering from PTSD, maybe they would have found a job to support themselves. If I would have recovered from my eating disorder earlier, I would have made this blog years ago. If we found the cure or cures to mental illnesses, so many issues would be resolved. So let’s find the cure.
Although there is not a cure to mental illness at the moment, there are many current treatment options for the varying mental illnesses. Psychiatric medications, therapy, meditation, and other treatment methods help with managing the symptoms. For anyone struggling with trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders, I highly recommend Shannon Mick. She is absolutely incredible! We can all benefit from therapy and meditation, even if we do not have a diagnosed mental illness. We can all make the best of the treatments we have available and do our part in making our mental health be the best it can be. Don’t wait for a miracle to heal. There are many resources that we have now that can help you to be able to heal and save yourself. And the more healed we become, the quicker we can find the cure. Let’s donate to mental health research, make songs and movies about it to spread awareness, and get involved in the research ourselves to find this cure and defeat mental illness once and for all!
